Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Marja by Natvar Bhavsar was auctioned at Christies in New York in July 2016. Here, the upper estimate of USD 9,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,954.15). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Natvar Bhavsar achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sangam Iii in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 125,000.00 (€ 116,376.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Marja von Natvar Bhavsar kam im Juli 2016 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 9.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 10.000,00 (€ 8.954,15) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Natvar Bhavsar erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sangam Iii im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 125.000,00 (€ 116.376,50).
