Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 'Qinghai Province Ii (Fallen Bridge),' 2007 by Nadav Kander was sold in the Photographs auction at Sothebys in London in May 2014. The price achieved of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,913.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nadav Kander - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Chongqing IV (Sunday Picnic), Chongqing Municipality, which sold at auction in May 2018 for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 27,044.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit 'Qinghai Province Ii (Fallen Bridge),' 2007 von Nadav Kander wurde im Mai 2014 in der Auktion Photographs bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.625,00 (€ 6.913,31) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Nadav Kander mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Chongqing IV (Sunday Picnic), Chongqing Municipality beobachtet, die im Mai 2018 für GBP 23.750,00 (€ 27.044,88) versteigert wurde.
