Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sans titre by Modest Cuixart was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in April this year. It achieved a price of EUR 2,362.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Modest Cuixart achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Brufungles in March 2018 with an auction result of EUR 37,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sans titre von Modest Cuixart wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.362,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Modest Cuixart erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Brufungles im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 37.500,00.
