Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Yukiko Dreaming by Mitsuru Watanabe was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2009. It achieved a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 6,849.07), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 15%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mitsuru Watanabe achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Naoko Bathing in the Woods of Rousseau in May 2016 with an auction result of HKD 687,500.00 (€ 79,462.28).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Yukiko Dreaming von Mitsuru Watanabe kam im Mai 2009 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 6.849,07) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 15%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mitsuru Watanabe erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Naoko Bathing in the Woods of Rousseau im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 687.500,00 (€ 79.462,28).
