Admittedly, works by Misaki Kawai have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Jungle Love in March 2021 with an auction result of USD 9,375.00 (€ 7,983.48).

Die Arbeit Two Trees von Misaki Kawai kam im Dezember 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.638,00 (€ 1.953,79) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 37%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Misaki Kawai auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Jungle Love im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 7.983,48).
