Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Misaki Kawai was sold in the The Hoarder Sale auction at Sothebys in London in December 2019. The price achieved of GBP 250.00 (€ 295.47) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 200.00 – 300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Misaki Kawai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Jungle Love in March 2021 with an auction result of USD 9,375.00 (€ 7,983.48).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Misaki Kawai wurde im Dezember 2019 in der Auktion The Hoarder Sale bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 250,00 (€ 295,47) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 200,00 – 300,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Misaki Kawai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Jungle Love im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 7.983,48).
