Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Rotation by Mikhail Shvartsman for GBP 46,850.00 (€ 54,692.58). This price was achieved in the auction Russian Paintings at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Mikhail Shvartsman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Yaroe Oko [Avid Eye|AID115808] in February 2007 with an auction result of GBP 192,000.00 (€ 284,633.11).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Rotation von Mikhail Shvartsman für GBP 46.850,00 (€ 54.692,58) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Russian Paintings bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mikhail Shvartsman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Yaroe Oko [Avid Eye|AID115808] im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 192.000,00 (€ 284.633,11).
