The work A Capriccio With Peasants Resting Before Buildings, The Venetian Lagoon Beyond; And A Capriccio Of The Venetian Lagoon With Peasants Conversing And Resting On A Shore by Michele Marieschi was sold in the Discovering Old Masters: The Legacy of Piero Corsini auction at Christies in London in October 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,268.20). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michele Marieschi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Venice, The Bacino Di San Marco Looking Towards The Palazzo Ducale And The Piazzetta in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 2,210,500.00 (€ 2,788,135.51).

Die Arbeit A Capriccio With Peasants Resting Before Buildings, The Venetian Lagoon Beyond; And A Capriccio Of The Venetian Lagoon With Peasants Conversing And Resting On A Shore von Michele Marieschi wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion Discovering Old Masters: The Legacy of Piero Corsini bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.268,20) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Michele Marieschi erzielen.
