Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Micha Klein could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in September 2009 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work Bliss (From The 'Artificial Beauty Series, 1St Gen') changed hands for USD 625.00 (€ 427.20) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Micha Klein achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Artificial Beauty Series 1th Generation 'Angie' in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 7,200.00 (€ 10,339.67).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Micha Klein konnte im September 2009 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wechselte die Arbeit Bliss (From The 'Artificial Beauty Series, 1St Gen') für USD 625,00 (€ 427,20) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Micha Klein erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Artificial Beauty Series 1th Generation 'Angie' im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.200,00 (€ 10.339,67).
