Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Face Composition II by Menachem Helholz-Or for USD 625.00 (€ 560.34). This price was achieved in the auction Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Menachem Helholz-Or have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work City in November 2009 with an auction result of GBP 3,125.00 (€ 3,419.91).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Face Composition II von Menachem Helholz-Or für USD 625,00 (€ 560,34) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Menachem Helholz-Or auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit City im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.125,00 (€ 3.419,91).
