Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ekershtein by Maya Gold was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2012. The price achieved of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 7,058.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Maya Gold have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2010 the work December 21, Midnight was auctioned for USD 13,750.00 (€ 10,362.50).
