Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2011 Sothebys in New York held the auction Israeli & International Art, which included the work Major Ursa by Maya Gold. The price achieved of USD 8,125.00 (€ 6,263.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Other works by Maya Gold have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2010 the work December 21, Midnight was auctioned for USD 13,750.00 (€ 10,362.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2011 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Israeli & International Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Major Ursa von Maya Gold zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 6.263,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 7.000,00 – 9.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Maya Gold konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2010 die Arbeit December 21, Midnight für USD 13.750,00 (€ 10.362,50) versteigert.
