A top price for Maya Gold - as previously expected
In December 2010 Sothebys in New York held the auction Israeli and International Art, which included the work 11:22 by Maya Gold. It changed hands for a price of USD 13,750.00 (€ 10,362.50) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, 11:22 is the most expensive artwork by Maya Gold that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember 2010 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Israeli and International Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit 11:22 von Maya Gold zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 10.362,50) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist 11:22 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Maya Gold, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
