Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work "Utanför Bronson" by Max Mikael Book for SEK 4,500.00 (€ 505.03). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Max Mikael Book achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Cumulus" in October 2018 with an auction result of SEK 200,000.00 (€ 19,290.50).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Utanför Bronson" von Max Mikael Book für SEK 4.500,00 (€ 505,03) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Max Mikael Book erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Cumulus" im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 200.000,00 (€ 19.290,50).
