This artwork by Max Mikael Book achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in September this year. In the Sivert Oldenvi Collection H066 auction, the work "US" sold for SEK 19,000.00 (€ 1,647.96) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Max Mikael Book achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Cumulus" in October 2018 with an auction result of SEK 200,000.00 (€ 19,290.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 90 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Max Mikael Book erzielte im September diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Sivert Oldenvi Collection H066 wurde die Arbeit "US" für SEK 19.000,00 (€ 1.647,96) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Max Mikael Book erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Cumulus" im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 200.000,00 (€ 19.290,50).
