Auction result well in line with expectations
The work L'Arbre À Sept Mains, 1938 by Maurice Tabard was sold in the Photographies auction at Christies in Paris in November 2013. The price achieved of EUR 6,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Maurice Tabard have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Punu Mask, Solarised Film, 1936 in May 2015 with an auction result of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 52,139.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit L'Arbre À Sept Mains, 1938 von Maurice Tabard wurde im November 2013 in der Auktion Photographies bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 6.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maurice Tabard auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Punu Mask, Solarised Film, 1936 im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 52.139,80).
