A top price for Maurice Tabard - as previously expected
The work Punu Mask, Solarised Film, 1936 by Maurice Tabard was sold in the Photographs auction at Sothebys in London in May 2015. The price achieved of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 52,139.80) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Punu Mask, Solarised Film, 1936 is the most expensive artwork by Maurice Tabard that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Punu Mask, Solarised Film, 1936 von Maurice Tabard wurde im Mai 2015 in der Auktion Photographs bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 52.139,80) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden.
