Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dutch Alkmaarsche Kaasmarkt by Matthieu Wiegman was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in Amsterdam in May 2007. The price achieved of EUR 14,400.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Other works by Matthieu Wiegman have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2005 the work Avondlandschap met geitjes was auctioned for EUR 24,000.00.

Die Arbeit Dutch Alkmaarsche Kaasmarkt von Matthieu Wiegman wurde im Mai 2007 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Amsterdam versteigert.
