Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Houellebecq 2 by Mathieu Malouf was sold in the Unbound: Online Auction auction at Phillips in Bidding Closes in April 2019. The price achieved of USD 5,250.00 (€ 4,687.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Mathieu Malouf have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2018 the work Prius 4 was auctioned for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 7,827.57).
