In May 2010 Phillips in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Part II, which included this untitled work by Mathew Cerletty. The »bidding war« ended at USD 11,875.00 (€ 9,600.61), 32% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mathew Cerletty - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Thank You, which sold at auction in October 2018 for GBP 30,000.00 (€ 33,830.74).

Im Mai 2010 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Part II durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Mathew Cerletty zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 11.875,00 (€ 9.600,61) und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Mathew Cerletty mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Thank You beobachtet, die im Oktober 2018 für GBP 30.000,00 (€ 33.830,74) versteigert wurde.
