Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work A Giuditta, From La Ruche by Massimo Campigli for GBP 384.00 (€ 446.91). This price was achieved in the auction Prints and Multiples at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Massimo Campigli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Grand Magasin Ou Le Marché, 1929 in October 2021 with an auction result of EUR 400,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Giuditta, From La Ruche von Massimo Campigli für GBP 384,00 (€ 446,91) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Prints and Multiples bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 500,00 – 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Massimo Campigli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Grand Magasin Ou Le Marché, 1929 im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 400.000,00.
