Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Kawa = Flow #1639 by Masao Yamamoto was sold in the Photographs auction at Phillips in New York in April this year. The »bidding war« ended at USD 1,080.00 (€ 978.26), 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Masao Yamamoto achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nakazora in April 2017 with an auction result of USD 22,500.00 (€ 20,651.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Kawa = Flow #1639 von Masao Yamamoto wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Photographs bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 1.080,00 (€ 978,26) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Masao Yamamoto erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nakazora im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 20.651,68).
