Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Kanazawa from Ravens by Masahisa Fukase was sold in the Photographs auction at Phillips in New York in October this year. The price achieved of USD 10,160.00 (€ 9,613.93) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Masahisa Fukase achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cape Erimo from Ravens in May 2016 with an auction result of GBP 93,750.00 (€ 122,333.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Kanazawa from Ravens von Masahisa Fukase wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Photographs bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 10.160,00 (€ 9.613,93) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Masahisa Fukase erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cape Erimo from Ravens im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 93.750,00 (€ 122.333,86).
