Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2020 Phillips in an online auction held the auction Wired: Online Auction, which included the work Stroll by Maria Farrar. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,276.00 (€ 3,657.12). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maria Farrar achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Wave in October 2020 with an auction result of GBP 87,500.00 (€ 97,161.29).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2020 führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Wired: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Stroll von Maria Farrar zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.276,00 (€ 3.657,12) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Maria Farrar erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Wave im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 87.500,00 (€ 97.161,29).
