Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 5,377.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Margo Wolowiec - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Crumpled in the Backseat, which sold at auction in September 2016 for USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,796.76).
