Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work Scale by Marcelo Bonevardi for USD 1,250.00 (€ 1,184.61). This price was achieved in the auction Living with Art at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marcelo Bonevardi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Blue Habitat in June 2007 with an auction result of USD 62,400.00 (€ 46,153.85).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Scale von Marcelo Bonevardi für USD 1.250,00 (€ 1.184,61) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Living with Art bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marcelo Bonevardi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Blue Habitat im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.400,00 (€ 46.153,85).
