Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Marc Vaux was sold in the Modern | British Art auction at Christies in London in November 2019. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,742.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Marc Vaux have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2015 the work without title was auctioned for GBP 13,750.00 (€ 19,492.88).
