Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Marc Vaux was sold in the Modern | British Art auction at Christies in London in November 2019. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,742.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Marc Vaux have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2015 the work without title was auctioned for GBP 13,750.00 (€ 19,492.88).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Marc Vaux wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Modern | British Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.742,44) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Marc Vaux konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juli 2015 die Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 13.750,00 (€ 19.492,88) versteigert.
