In June 2016 VAN HAM held the auction Moderne und Zeitgenössische Kunst, which included the work "New York, N.Y. (Urban Landscape)" by Luigi Rocca. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,870.00 29% above the estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Luigi Rocca - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "What's for lunch?"., which sold at auction in June this year for EUR 14,520.00.
Schätzpreis um 29 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2016 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Moderne und Zeitgenössische Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit "New York, N.Y. (Urban Landscape)" von Luigi Rocca zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.870,00 und damit 29% über dem Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Luigi Rocca mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "What's for lunch?". beobachtet, die im Juni diesen Jahres für EUR 14.520,00 versteigert wurde.
