This artwork by Luigi Lucioni achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in New York in November 2021. In the American Art auction, the work Still Life with Lemon and a Glass sold for USD 12,750.00 (€ 11,296.18) - well above the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luigi Lucioni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red Checkered Tablecloth in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 150,000.00 (€ 132,473.73).
