Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Close Harmony (No. 1) by Luigi Lucioni for USD 4,825.00 (€ 4,098.01). This price was achieved in the auction American Art at Bonhams in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luigi Lucioni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red Checkered Tablecloth in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 150,000.00 (€ 132,473.73).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Close Harmony (No. 1) von Luigi Lucioni für USD 4.825,00 (€ 4.098,01) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion American Art bei Bonhams in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luigi Lucioni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Red Checkered Tablecloth im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 150.000,00 (€ 132.473,73).
