The work American cool Colors by Luigi Lucioni was sold in the 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective auction at Sothebys in London in November 2018. The result of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,639.85) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luigi Lucioni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red Checkered Tablecloth in November 2018 with an auction result of USD 150,000.00 (€ 132,473.73).
