This artwork by Lucas Arruda achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in October 2021. In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale auction, the work without title sold for GBP 352,800.00 (€ 417,972.71) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 180,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Lucas Arruda; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Untitled from the series Deserto-Modelo sold at auction in November 2021 with the realized price of HKD 3,780,000.00 (€ 420,297.69).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Lucas Arruda erzielte im Oktober 2021 bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 352.800,00 (€ 417.972,71) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 180.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Lucas Arruda; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Untitled from the series Deserto-Modelo im November 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 3.780.000,00 (€ 420.297,69).
