In November last year Christies in Paris held the auction La couleur à l'oeuvre - Une collection contemporaine, which included the work Sans titre (from the Deserto-Modelo series) by Lucas Arruda. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 252,000.00 68% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Lucas Arruda; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Untitled from the series Deserto-Modelo sold at auction in November 2021 with the realized price of HKD 3,780,000.00 (€ 420,297.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 68 % übertroffen
Im November letzten Jahres führte Christies in Paris die Auktion La couleur à l'oeuvre - Une collection contemporaine durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre (from the Deserto-Modelo series) von Lucas Arruda zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 252.000,00 und damit 68% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Lucas Arruda; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Untitled from the series Deserto-Modelo im November 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 3.780.000,00 (€ 420.297,69).
