Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Le Chou by Louis van Lint was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in May 2011. The price achieved of EUR 6,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Louis van Lint have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Prédominance D'Un Rouge in October 2018 with an auction result of EUR 27,500.00.

Die Arbeit Le Chou von Louis van Lint kam im Mai 2011 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 6.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Louis van Lint auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Prédominance D'Un Rouge im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.500,00.
