Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Lorenzo Baldissera Tiepolo could be acquired at Christies in London in November 2005 for an unexpectedly low price. In the OLD MASTER, MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY PRINTS auction, the work The Graces and Mars (De V. 8; R. 229) changed hands for GBP 2,400.00 (€ 3,525.90) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lorenzo Baldissera Tiepolo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of An Oriental, Head And Shoulders, Wearing A Bejewelled Blue Hat And A Red Fur-Trimmed Coat in July 2009 with an auction result of GBP 289,250.00 (€ 328,212.05).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne

In der Auktion OLD MASTER, MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY PRINTS wechselte die Arbeit The Graces and Mars (De V. 8; R. 229) für GBP 2.400,00 (€ 3.525,90) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lorenzo Baldissera Tiepolo erzielen.
