In June 2006 Christies in London held the auction Post- War and Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work The Dead Zone by Lisa Ruyter. The auction ended at the price of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 21,704.75), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Lisa Ruyter have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2006 the work Top of The World was auctioned for USD 50,400.00 (€ 39,273.75).

Im Juni 2006 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post- War and Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Dead Zone von Lisa Ruyter zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 21.704,75) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Lisa Ruyter konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2006 die Arbeit Top of The World für USD 50.400,00 (€ 39.273,75) versteigert.
