The work Army Princess - Zhen Zhen by Ling Jian was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2010. It achieved a price of HKD 1,220,000.00 (€ 120,540.04), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 53%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Ling Jian; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Communist Sisters: Tears of Idealism No. 2 sold at auction in June 2008 with the realized price of GBP 163,250.00 (€ 206,353.47).

Die Arbeit Army Princess - Zhen Zhen von Ling Jian kam im November 2010 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 1.220.000,00 (€ 120.540,04) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 53%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Ling Jian; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Communist Sisters: Tears of Idealism No. 2 im Juni 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 163.250,00 (€ 206.353,47).
