Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 4,183.83) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Lillian Cheviot have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2001 the work A Sheepdog Puppy With A Kitten was auctioned for GBP 4,112.50 (€ 6,831.68).
