In June 2001 Christies in London held the auction SPORTING ART & DOGS, which included the work A Sheepdog Puppy With A Kitten by Lillian Cheviot. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,112.50 (€ 6,831.68), 37% above the upper estimate. With this result, A Sheepdog Puppy With A Kitten is even the most expensive work of art by Lillian Cheviot that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juni 2001 führte Christies in London die Auktion SPORTING ART & DOGS durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Sheepdog Puppy With A Kitten von Lillian Cheviot zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.112,50 (€ 6.831,68) und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
