In the American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work The Scent Of Roses sold for USD 16,250.00 (€ 14,716.54) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lilla Cabot Perry have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Girl Reading A Book in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 150,000.00 (€ 126,071.61).
