The result of USD 40,000.00 (€ 34,340.66) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lilla Cabot Perry - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Girl Reading A Book, which sold at auction in November 2017 for USD 150,000.00 (€ 126,071.61).
