This artwork by Li Tiefu achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2006. In the 20th Century Chinese Art auction, the work Still Life sold for HKD 1,200,000.00 (€ 120,533.00) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 650,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Li Tiefu; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Still Life With Cabbage And Fish sold at auction in April 2014 with the realized price of HKD 1,410,000.00 (€ 131,139.15).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 85 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Li Tiefu erzielte im Mai 2006 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art wurde die Arbeit Still Life für HKD 1.200.000,00 (€ 120.533,00) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 650.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Li Tiefu; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Still Life With Cabbage And Fish im April 2014 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 1.410.000,00 (€ 131.139,15).
