The work Wong Tai Sin by Li Tiefu was sold in the Modern Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,767.93), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Tiefu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life With Cabbage And Fish in April 2014 with an auction result of HKD 1,410,000.00 (€ 131,139.15).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Wong Tai Sin von Li Tiefu wurde im Oktober 2016 in der Auktion Modern Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.767,93) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Tiefu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Still Life With Cabbage And Fish im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.410.000,00 (€ 131.139,15).
