Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese 20th CenturyArt, which included the work Still Life by Li Tiefu. The price achieved of HKD 727,500.00 (€ 63,596.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 600,000.00 – 800,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Li Tiefu - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still Life With Cabbage And Fish, which sold at auction in April 2014 for HKD 1,410,000.00 (€ 131,139.15).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2007 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese 20th CenturyArt durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life von Li Tiefu zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 727.500,00 (€ 63.596,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 600.000,00 – 800.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Li Tiefu mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Still Life With Cabbage And Fish beobachtet, die im April 2014 für HKD 1.410.000,00 (€ 131.139,15) versteigert wurde.
