The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 1,200,000.00 – 2,500,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 1,410,000.00 (€ 131,139.15) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Still Life With Cabbage And Fish is the most expensive artwork by Li Tiefu that we have observed at auctions so far.
