Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life - Fish by Li Tiefu was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2008. The price achieved of HKD 727,500.00 (€ 59,955.20) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 600,000.00 – 800,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Li Tiefu - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still Life With Cabbage And Fish, which sold at auction in April 2014 for HKD 1,410,000.00 (€ 131,139.15).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Still Life - Fish von Li Tiefu kam im April 2008 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 727.500,00 (€ 59.955,20) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 600.000,00 – 800.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Li Tiefu mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Still Life With Cabbage And Fish beobachtet, die im April 2014 für HKD 1.410.000,00 (€ 131.139,15) versteigert wurde.
