Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A Gathering of Pines and Clouds by Li Huayi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 2,500,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 2,750,000.00 (€ 305,772.13). Admittedly, works by Li Huayi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Forever Young in April last year with an auction result of HKD 12,475,000.00 (€ 1,508,318.31).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A Gathering of Pines and Clouds von Li Huayi kam im November 2021 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 2.500.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 2.750.000,00 (€ 305.772,13) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Li Huayi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Forever Young im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 12.475.000,00 (€ 1.508.318,31).
