Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,434.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Leonard Freed - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Selected images from Police Work, which sold at auction in October 2016 for USD 11,250.00 (€ 10,262.73).
