However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Leonard Baskin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Isaacangel, which sold at auction in June 2000 for USD 18,800.00 (€ 19,696.18).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 8.925,00 (€ 8.219,75) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 49%. Für andere Arbeiten von Leonard Baskin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Isaacangel beobachtet, die im Juni 2000 für USD 18.800,00 (€ 19.696,18) versteigert wurde.
