Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 68.750,00 (€ 60.910,78) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Leon Polk Smith auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Black Over Red im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 336.500,00 (€ 297.182,73).
